Google Analytics

From embedding the tracking code to interpreting some of the data, we'll take a tour through what you can (and can't) learn about your website users via Google Analytics. I'll demonstrate important parts of the interface to examine your data, prepare reports, send notifications, and manage filters. Let's talk blue-sky: What are the goals of your website and how can you measure them with Google Analytics data? Findings from Google Analytics, interwoven with data from other user research methods, can become stable ground from which to launch bold (and sometimes simple) design and content changes that improve the user experience.
